We’re Hiring: Java Lead

GFMNOW is looking for an experienced Java Lead to join our team and lead the development of scalable, high-performance applications.

Location: Tirupati

Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)

Experience: 7+ Years

Notice Period: Immediate / Short Notice Preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor a team of Java developers.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java applications.
- Work closely with architects, product managers, and other teams.
- Review code and ensure coding standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Participate in application design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Guide the team on technical decisions and development practices.

Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Core Java
- Excellent experience with Spring Boot




- Strong knowledge of REST APIs / Microservices
- Experience with SQL and relational databases
- Valuable understanding of Java 8/11/17+
- Experience with Git and CI/CD
- Knowledge of AWS or Azure is an advantage
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Previous experience in a Technical Lead / Java Lead role

Pay: ₹353,180.34 - ₹1,601,998.60 per year
