MELD DESIGN STUDIO /n We are Hiring /n LEAD / SENIOR DESIGNER /n If you're passionate about creating thoughtful, timeless spaces and enjoy working closely with clients, we'd love to hear from you. /n We're looking for a Lead / Senior Designer to join our team and help bring exciting projects to life. /n KEY RESPONSIBILITIES /n Lead the design process from concept to completion, ensuring a cohesive and thoughtful design narrative. /n Develop design presentations, drawings and specifications. /n Coordinate with clients throughout the project - understand their vision, present design proposals, manage feedback and ensure approvals at key stages. /n Work closely with consultants, contractors and vendors to ensure design intent is translated on site. /n Guide and mentor junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative studio culture. /n Oversee material selection, custom design development and detailing.



/n Ensure projects are delivered with a high level of design quality, creativity and technical accuracy. /n REQUIREMENTS /n 5+ years of experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio of completed projects (preferably high-end residential and/or hospitality. /n Strong design sensibility, attention to detail and a passion for creating meaningful spaces. /n Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.). /n Excellent client coordination, communication and presentation skills. /n Positive technical knowledge of materials, finishes and construction detailing /n A proactive attitude, ability to manage multiple projects and work independently as well as within a team. /n INTERESTED CANDIDATES CAN SHARE /n THEIR CV AND PORTFOLIO AT /n [email protected]
