Location: Mumbai

Job Responsibilities

1. Lead the design and enhancement of HR services aligned to business priorities and employee expectations.
2. Drive product-based service squads to deliver HR services effectively across digital platforms.
3. Collaborate with platform teams for digital solutioning, automation, and scalable service experiences.
4. Define and monitor SLAs, cycle time, and adoption metrics for continuous service improvement.
5. Partner with CoEs and HRBPs to ensure cohesive and integrated delivery.
6. Embed employee feedback and data insights to improve service usability and adoption.
7. Ensure readiness for tech transformations and support rollouts of workflow tools and integrations (SAP, etc.)
8. Act as a change champion for digital workflows and process re-engineering.
9. Support audits, risk mitigation, and compliance across service operations.
10.



Coach teams to build capabilities in service delivery, experience, and digital fluency.

Education Requirement

- Post Graduation in Human Resources or Business Administration.
- Preferred certification in Design Thinking, Data Analytics, and Lean Six Sigma.

Experience Requirement

- 10 to 14 Years
