Hiring: Meta Ads & Lead Generation Executive

We are looking for a Meta Ads & Lead Generation Executive who can plan, run, optimize, and scale Facebook & Instagram advertising campaigns to generate high-quality leads for our courses and training programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage Facebook & Instagram (Meta) Ads campaigns.
- Generate qualified leads through Meta Lead Ads and landing-page campaigns.
- Create and test different ad creatives, copy, audiences, and campaigns.
- Perform audience research, retargeting, and lookalike audience targeting.
- Monitor CPL, CTR, conversion rate, lead quality, and campaign performance.
- Optimize campaigns to improve lead quality and reduce cost per lead.
- Coordinate with the sales/counselling team to track lead conversion.
- Analyze campaign reports and provide actionable insights.
- Manage daily/weekly advertising budgets effectively.




- Stay updated with Meta Ads policies, targeting options, and new advertising features.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads / Facebook Ads.
- Strong understanding of lead generation and performance marketing.
- Experience with Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager.
- Knowledge of audience targeting, retargeting, funnels, and campaign optimization.
- Analytical mindset with good reporting skills.
- Experience in the education/training industry will be an advantage.
