Job Title: Lead Generation & Outreach Executive

Experience: 6 Months+ Full-Time OR 2 Years Freelance Experience

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month

About the Role:

We are seeking an energetic skilled to manage prospecting and digital outreach activities. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with cold emailing, WhatsApp marketing and AI-assisted lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop prospect lists based on target industries and requirements.
- Execute cold email and WhatsApp campaigns.
- Search for potential clients and decision-makers online.
- Personalize outreach messages according to prospect profiles.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and other relevant platforms for research and content.




- Follow up with interested and non-responsive prospects.
- Qualify leads and share relevant opportunities with the sales team.
- Maintain lead trackers and update prospect status.
- Prepare daily/weekly activity reports.

Requirements:

- 6 months relevant full-time experience or 2 years freelance/unofficial experience.
- Knowledge of digital outreach and lead generation.
- Good written communication.
- Basic understanding of B2B prospecting.
- Comfortable working with targets.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
