Job Profile: Lead FullStack Developer

Location: Chennai, India

Preferred experience: - 8-10 years The Role:

We are looking for a Lead Full Stack Developer to join the IT Regulatory Reporting team. The role involves designing and developing scalable, cloud-native, data-intensive applications supporting complex global regulatory reporting requirements. The candidate will work on full-stack development, AI/ML and Agentic AI integration, data processing, cloud architecture, and financial/regulatory reporting solutions.

The role also involves providing technical leadership, mentoring developers, and collaborating with Business Analysts and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Architecture & Technical Leadership

- Design scalable and maintainable cloud-native, data-intensive applications using GCP and/or Azure.
- Prepare detailed technical specifications, architecture documents, and solution designs.
- Translate complex business and regulatory requirements into technical solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentor development teams.
- Design solutions for high-volume financial and regulatory data processing.

Full Stack Development





- Develop responsive and scalable user interfaces using Angular 17+ and AG Grid.
- Develop robust backend services and APIs using Python, including FastAPI/Django.
- Design and optimize SQL/PLSQL queries and database solutions using Oracle and MS SQL Server.
- Develop automated data pipelines and data-processing solutions.

AI/ML & Agentic AI

- Integrate LLMs, AI/ML models, and Agentic AI frameworks into enterprise applications.
- Apply Prompt Engineering and frameworks such as LangChain.
- Develop AI-driven solutions for data intelligence, pattern recognition, automation, and regulatory reporting.
- Evaluate and adopt emerging AI/ML technologies relevant to regulatory reporting.

Testing & Production Support

- Perform unit testing and support SIT and UAT cycles.
- Support Business Analysts and end users during implementation and testing.
- Collaborate with Application Production Support teams for production deployments.
- Troubleshoot production issues and support critical regulatory reporting periods

Must - Have Qualifications:

· Minimum 8 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer

· Strong hands-on experience in Angular 17+ and AG Grid.

· Robust hands-on experience in Python development, including FastAPI, Django, or similar frameworks.

· Strong hands-on experience in LLM integration,



Prompt Engineering, AI/ML, and Agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain.

· Strong hands-on experience in GCP and Azure cloud-native application development and architecture.

· Strong hands-on experience in Advanced SQL and PL/SQL.

· Strong hands-on experience with Oracle and MS SQL Server.

· ·Strong hands-on experience with Pandas, NumPy, Polars, or similar Python data-processing libraries.

· Strong experience in designing scalable, data-intensive applications and technical architectures.

· Strong experience in technical leadership, solution design, and mentoring development teams.

· Experience in Financial Services, Banking, Regulatory Reporting, or data-intensive enterprise applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

· Experience with Axiom ControllerView or other Regulatory Reporting technologies.

· Experience with Spring Boot for backend application development.

· Experience with Camunda or similar workflow orchestration tools.

· Experience with Apache Spark for large-scale data processing.

· Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

· Experience with Git and DevOps/CI-CD pipelines.

· Experience with Kafka and Apache Airflow.

· Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Superset.

· Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Regulatory Reporting domain.

· Experience working with AI/ML and emerging Agentic AI technologies in enterprise applications.
