We are looking for motivated and dedicated individuals to join our team as Lead Generation Executives.
This prospect is open to both freshers and experienced candidates. The selected candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, communicating with potential customers, identifying qualified prospects, collecting relevant information, and generating high-quality leads.
The role requires strong communication skills, confidence on calls, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers in the United States.
- Communicate professionally and confidently with customers over the phone.
- Collect and accurately record customer information.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and submitted leads.
- Coordinate with the Quality Control (QC) and management teams regarding submitted leads.
- Follow up with potential customers when required.
- Achieve assigned daily and monthly lead-generation targets.
- Ensure high-quality lead submissions while maintaining productivity.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and communication standards.
- Report daily activities and performance to the Team Lead or Manager.
Eligibility
Freshers:
- Candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply.
- Good communication skills and a willingness to learn are required.
- Training and guidance will be provided on the company's processes and requirements.
Experienced Candidates:
- Prior experience in lead generation, telecalling, sales, customer service, BPO, or a similar role is preferred.
- Candidates with experience handling U.S. customers will be an advantage.

Shift & Working Hours
- Night shift aligned with U.S. business hours.
- Candidates must be comfortable working during nighttime hours in India.
- Employees are expected to maintain punctuality and regular attendance throughout the assigned shift.
- Shift timings may vary depending on business and client requirements.
