Senior Healthcare Data ETL Tester Experience: 8-10 Years Location: Hybrid / Remote Job Type: Full time Job Summary  We are looking for an experienced Sr. ETL Tester with strong expertise in Healthcare Data Testing, Snowflake, DataGaps ETL, SQL and Python. The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating complex healthcare data pipelines, data warehouse transformations, and end-to-end ETL processes while ensuring data quality, integrity, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities • Design and execute ETL and data warehouse test cases.

• Validate Source-to-Target Mapping (STTM) and business transformation rules.

• Perform source-to-target data reconciliation using SQL and DataGaps.

• Validate Snowflake data pipelines, tables, views, and transformations.

• Develop Python scripts for test automation and data validation.

• Conduct data quality, regression, integration, and UAT testing.

• Analyze defects, perform root cause analysis, and support issue resolution.

• Collaborate with Data Engineers, Business Analysts, and Healthcare SMEs.

Required Skills • 8-10 years of ETL/Data Warehouse Testing experience.

• Strong hands-on experience with DataGaps ETL Validator.

• Expertise in Snowflake and advanced SQL Queries.

• Experience reviewing and validating STTM documents.





• Proficiency in Python scripting for automation and data validation.

• Strong knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL testing methodologies.

• Experience with Azure/AWS-based data platforms.

• Exposure to CI/CD and test automation frameworks.

• Experience working in Agile environments.

• Snowflake or Healthcare domain certifications are a plus.

Healthcare Domain

Expertise (Mandatory) • Healthcare Claims, Member, Provider, Pharmacy, Enrollment, and Clinical data validation.

• Understanding of healthcare data models and business workflows.

• Experience with HIPAA-compliant data testing environments is preferred
