Position: Senior Interior Lead Designer

Experience: 4–6 Years

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹60,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead residential and commercial interior design projects from concept to execution. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, excellent knowledge of materials and finishes, and the ability to coordinate effectively with clients, vendors, and site teams.

Key Responsibilities - Develop innovative and functional interior design concepts.

- Prepare detailed 2D drawings, layouts, working drawings, and presentations.
- Create and review material, furniture, lighting, and colour selections.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and preferences.
- Conduct site visits and ensure designs are implemented accurately.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, architects, and project teams.
- Monitor project progress and resolve design-related issues.
- Ensure projects meet quality, design, budget, and timeline requirements.
- Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and design documentation when required.




- Review drawings and designs prepared by junior designers.
- Guide and mentor junior interior designers.

Required Skills - Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D software, and MS Office.

- Good understanding of materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and space planning.
- Strong knowledge of interior design principles and construction details.
- Excellent design visualization and presentation skills.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Eligibility -

Bachelor's/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

- 4–6 years of relevant experience in interior design.
- Candidates with experience handling projects independently will be preferred.
