Outline Studios is a luxury branding studio focused on building brands beyond aesthetics. We combine strategy, art, and design to create brands that are distinctive, meaningful, and memorable.

Role Description:

- Lead brand design projects from concept to delivery in a full-time, remote role.

- Develop visual identities, brand systems, and digital and print applications.

- Translate brand strategy into clear, cohesive visual directions.

- Lead design presentations and collaborate closely with founders and internal teams.

- Guide junior designers and maintain a high standard of craft and consistency.

- Take ownership of timelines, creative direction, and project delivery.

Qualifications:

- 4+ years of experience in luxury, premium, or high-end branding is a must.

- Strong expertise in brand identity, logo design,



and visual systems.

- Excellent understanding of typography, colour, composition, and visual consistency.

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and relevant AI tools.

- Experience leading projects and mentoring designers.

- Ability to translate strategy and positioning into solid visual concepts.

- Strong communication and presentation skills.

- A degree in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent experience is welcome.

- Comfortable working remotely, managing multiple projects, and meeting deadlines independently.
