Role Description This full-time, on-site Lead Controls Engineer role is based in Hyderabad.

The Lead Controls

Engineer will design, develop, and implement control systems for industrial and automation applications, ensuring reliable, safe, and effective operation of equipment and processes.

Responsibilities include creating control architectures, programming and commissioning motion and robotic systems, performing root-cause analysis and troubleshooting, and supporting electrical design reviews. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams, guiding junior engineers, preparing technical documentation,



and ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards and customer requirements.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Process Control skills, including design, implementation, and optimization of control loops and system performance.
- Candidates should possess Electrical Engineering skills related to control panels, wiring, instrumentation, and industrial automation hardware.
- Candidates should possess Troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving issues in complex control systems and equipment.
- Candidates should possess Motion Control skills, including servo systems, drives, PLCs, and real-time control of machinery.
- Candidates should possess Robotics skills for programming, integrating, and commissioning robotic cells and automation solutions.
- Relevant engineering degree (e.g., Electrical, Electronics, Controls, Mechatronics) or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience leading engineering projects, mentoring team members, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
- Familiarity with industrial communication protocols, safety standards, and documentation best practices.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in an on-site environment.
