Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze business and functional requirements for Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications
- Design develop and execute test cases test scenarios and test scripts
- Perform Functional Integration System Regression and User Acceptance Testing UAT
- Validate Dynamics 365 modules such as Sales Customer Service Marketing Finance Supply Chain and Field Service
- Test custom workflows business rules plugins and Power Platform integrations
- Perform API testing using Postman or similar tools
- Validate data migration reporting and backend database updates
- Collaborate with developers business analysts and stakeholders for defect resolution
- Track and manage defects using Azure DevOps Jira or similar tools
- Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies and support release activities
- Required Skills




- Robust experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Testing CRM ERP
- Expertise in Manual Testing methodologies
- Experience in Functional Integration Regression and UAT testing
- Knowledge of Dynamics 365 customizations workflows and business process flows
- API Testing experience using Postman REST services
- SQL knowledge for database and data validation
- Experience with defect management tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira
- Understanding of Agile Scrum development methodologies
- Strong analytical problem solving and communication skills
