- We are hiring for a leading Indian apparel & lifestyle group for a senior Lead - Category Sourcing role, focused on the Shirts, Jackets & Trousers (SJT) category.

What were looking for

- Strong experience across all three categories - Shirts, Jackets & Trousers

- Strong garment/apparel sourcing expertise

- End-to-end ownership of vendor development, sampling, costing, negotiation and production

- Solid understanding of garment manufacturing, factories, trims and product quality

- Experience in vendor management, capacity planning and OTIF delivery

- Ability to drive cost efficiencies and build a strong vendor ecosystem

- Strong team leadership and cross-functional collaboration

Ideal Profile

- Senior professionals currently working with in-house branded apparel/retail companies, with strong hands-on garment sourcing experience.

- Not suitable: Import/Export Houses, Buying Houses, Consulting Firms, Sourcing Agencies or third-party service providers.
