nThe Senior Admission Counsellor/Team Lead is responsible for driving enrollments by counselling potential learners, conducting Video Counselling sessions, and converting qualified leads while consistently achieving revenue targets.
nKey Responsibilities :

- Engage & qualify assigned leads via calling and CRM inputs.n
- Understand learner requirements and recommend suitable programs.n
- Conduct impactful Video Counselling sessions to drive conversions.n
- Maintain accurate CRM updates and follow-ups.n
- Achieve daily/weekly KPIs & revenue numbers.n

nEligibility :
n
- n
- 3+ years EdTech sales experience (Study Abroad preferred).n
- Min 1 year of Team Lead experience.n
- Minimum 1 year stability in previous organization.n
- Graduation mandatory.n
- Proven target achievement record.n
- Comfortable working 6 days/week.n
- Solid communication, persuasion & rapport-building skills.n
