About the Role

Laundrywala is looking for a responsible, energetic, and customer-friendly Laundry Executive to manage daily store operations and provide excellent service to customers.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable interacting with customers, managing laundry orders, coordinating with the processing team, maintaining records, and ensuring that orders are delivered accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and understand their laundry and dry-cleaning requirements.
- Receive garments from customers and prepare accurate orders.
- Create and update customer orders in the billing/POS system.
- Tag, count, categorize, and maintain proper records of garments.
- Coordinate with the laundry processing and delivery team.
- Track order status and follow up on pending orders.
- Inform customers about order status, pickup, and delivery.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests professionally.
- Manage cash, digital payments, and daily billing records.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the store.
- Ensure garments are properly packed and handed over to the correct customer.




- Maintain customer information and order records.
- Assist in local customer follow-ups and WhatsApp communication.
- Support the store manager in achieving daily operational and customer-service targets.

Preferred candidate profile

- 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
- 03 years of experience in customer service, retail, store operations, hospitality, laundry, or a similar field.
- Freshers with good communication and a positive attitude can also apply.
- Valuable communication skills in Gujarati and Hindi; basic English preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp and digital payment applications.
- Valuable numerical and organizational skills.
- Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.
- Customer-service oriented with a professional attitude.
