- Any Graduate
- Preferred: LLB / B.E. / B.Tech / MBA / Rural Management / Real Estate / Civil Engineering

Role Purpose We are looking for a senior skilled with 10 - 18 years of experience in Land Acquisition / Land Aggregation / Land & Liaison, preferably from Solar, IPP - Renewable Energy, Power or Infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end land identification, aggregation and acquisition for utility-scale IPP projects.
- Manage landowner negotiations, land documentation and commercial closure.
- Coordinate title due diligence, registration, mutation and land conversion with Legal/consultants.
- Liaise with Revenue Department, Collectorate, Tehsil and other government authorities.
- Manage land survey, demarcation,



possession and project handover.
- Handle land-related issues, stakeholder management and ROW/access requirements.
- Manage land aggregators/consultants and project-wise land acquisition MIS.

Requirements:

- 10 - 18 years relevant experience; Senior Manager / AGM-level exposure preferred.
- Strong experience in large-scale land acquisition/aggregation.
- Renewable/Solar/Power/Infrastructure experience preferred.
- Strong government liaison, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Chhattisgarh experience/local knowledge will be an advantage.
- Willingness for extensive field travel.
