Role Description This is a full-time, in office Land Surveyor role based in Hyderabad.

The Land

Surveyor will perform field surveys for residential and related construction projects, including measuring, mapping, and documenting land features and property boundaries. The role involves operating surveying instruments, such as total stations and related equipment, to collect accurate data for design, layout, and quality control purposes. Day-to-day tasks include preparing survey reports and drawings, coordinating with engineers and site supervisors, and verifying that construction work aligns with approved plans and measurements.

The Land





Surveyor will also support site inspections, resolve measurement discrepancies, and maintain clear records to ensure consistency and reliability of survey data.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Land Surveying and Surveying for construction and residential projects.
- Candidates should possess practical experience in Topographic Surveys for mapping site conditions and terrain.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in Building Surveying for layout, alignment checks, and structural positioning.
- Candidates should possess hands-on expertise using Total Station and related surveying instruments for accurate measurements.
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Surveying, Geomatics, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, site plans, and legal boundary documents.
- Robust attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and problem-solving skills in field conditions.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with consultants, contractors, and site teams.
- Willingness to work primarily on-site, with physical ability to carry equipment and move across active construction areas.
- Relevant local experience in Hyderabad or similar urban environments, including familiarity with regional regulations, is an advantage.
