We are launching a new beverage and dessert brand in Kerala and are looking for a practical and creative Food Product Developer to help us develop and finalize our initial menu. Our concept will focus mainly on laban, malai-style beverages, milk-based drinks, refreshing beverages and easy-to-serve desserts. We are looking for someone who has practical experience creating café-style beverages and desserts and understands how to make products that are tasty, affordable, visually attractive and commercially easy to prepare.

Products We Are Looking For Examples include:

- Laban-based drinks & Dessert.
- Malai-style drinks Dessert.
- Milk-based beverages - Flavoured dairy drinks - Creamy/cold beverages - Signature refreshing drinks & Dessert.
- Simple desserts - Dessert cups - Kunafa-style / cream-based desserts - Innovative café-style dessert and beverage combinations The exact menu will be developed together based on taste, cost, presentation and commercial potential.

Your Role You will help us:





- Develop approximately 8–12 initial products - Create and test current beverage and dessert recipes - Standardize ingredients and quantities - Develop consistent recipes that can be replicated at multiple outlets - Calculate approximate food cost and portion size - Suggest suitable presentation and packaging - Create simple preparation methods/SOPs - Conduct product trials and tasting - Train our pilot outlet staff on the finalized products Important We are not looking for a high-level executive chef or a large-hotel chef. We need someone who is hands-on, creative and practical, with experience in beverages, desserts, laban/lassi,malai, milk-based drinks or café products. The products should ultimately be simple enough for normal trained staff to prepare without requiring a skilled chef at every outlet.
