We have received approval to add an additional Level 2 resource to support weekend operations. The resource's primary responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring errors in the Saia system like AS400 Message queue, DQ messages, QSYSOPR, alerts from windows-based applications, Data Monitor alerts and more
- Monitoring and supporting IPL activities
- Supporting weekend deployments
- Assisting with patch deployments
- Ensuring all deployments are successfully tested
- Verifying applications and APIs are healthy and available through the 24x7 dashboard
