About the Role

We are looking for a KYC Team Lead with robust experience in the stock broking/capital markets industry to manage end-to-end KYC operations, onboarding, verification, reconciliation, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end KYC onboarding and verification for clients.

- Handle UCC reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.

- Coordinate with KRA agencies, CKYC, Product/Tech teams, and external vendors.

- Ensure KYC documents and records are accurate, complete, and audit-ready.

- Ensure compliance with applicable SEBI, KRA, CKYC and KYC requirements.

- Implement process changes based on regulatory and KRA updates.

- Maintain KYC MIS, trackers, reconciliation reports, and daily operational reports.





- Identify process gaps and drive improvements in KYC operations.

- Manage and guide the KYC team to ensure timely and accurate processing.

What We’re Looking For

- 5–8 years of relevant experience in KYC Operations within Stock Broking/Capital Markets.

- Strong understanding of UCC, KRA, CKYC and client onboarding processes.

- Hands-on experience with KYC reconciliation and regulatory requirements.

- Good coordination and problem-solving skills.

- Experience managing or leading a KYC operations team.

- Stock Broking experience is mandatory.
