We are looking for energetic and hardworking Cafe Staff to assist with burger assembly, fryer operations, beverage preparation, and coffee making while maintaining Paolo’s quality standards. The role includes preparing orders accurately, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene, handling customer requests professionally, and ensuring smooth kitchen and counter operations during peak hours. Candidates should be willing to learn, work in a rapid-paced environment, and follow SOPs for food safety and portion control.
Prior experience in a café, QSR, restaurant, or coffee shop is preferred but not mandatory. A positive attitude, teamwork, and a commitment to delivering an excellent customer experience are essential.
