Job Title: Millwork & Cabinet Shop Drawing DrafterJob OverviewWe are looking for a detail-oriented Millwork Shop Drawing Drafter to create precise technical drawings for custom cabinetry and architectural woodwork. You will turn architectural concepts and design plans into accurate, buildable manufacturing blueprints. Your work ensures that our production shop and field installers have exact dimensions, material specs, and assembly guidelines.Key Responsibilities

- Create Shop Drawings: Produce detailed floor plans, elevations, cross-sections, and large-scale joinery details for custom cabinets and architectural millwork.

- Interpret Design Intent: Review architectural blueprints, interior design plans, and specifications to ensure accurate translation into production-ready drawings.

- Specify Materials & Hardware: Clearly note wood species, laminates, veneers, finishes, hinges, slides, and pull specifications on drawings.

- Incorporate Field Dimensions:



Adjust drawings based on site-verified measurements and field conditions.

- Coordinate with Teams: Work closely with project managers, interior designers, and shop fabricators to resolve design.

Qualifications & Skills

- Experience: 2+ years of experience drafting custom cabinets, casework, or architectural millwork.

- Software Proficiency: Robust expertise in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Cabinet Vision.

- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of cabinet construction methods, joinery, hardware types, and installation requirements.

- Attention to Detail: Excellent spatial awareness and precision in dimensioning, annotations, and scaling.

- Communication: Ability to collaborate across teams and manage revisions efficiently based on feedback.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
