Handle day-to-day QSR Outlet operations. Prepare and serve food as per company SOPs and quality standards. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the outlet. Ensure proper food handling, storage, and packaging.
Take care of customer orders and provide positive customer service. Coordinate with kitchen and delivery teams for smooth order dispatch. Follow company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
Maintain the outlet, equipment, and work area in clean condition. Support the team during peak hours and ensure timely order preparation. Perform other operational duties assigned by the Store Manager.
