Key Responsibilities Prepare a variety of South Indian dishes according to required taste and quality standards. Handle daily bulk cooking and food preparation for approximately 200 people. Maintain consistency in taste, portion size and presentation. Plan and manage ingredient preparation while minimizing food wastage. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and safe food-handling practices throughout the kitchen. Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely completion of daily production.

Candidate

Requirements 1–2 years of relevant experience as a chef/cook, preferably in South Indian cuisine.



Strong practical knowledge of South Indian cooking and preparation methods. Experience with bulk cooking or large-scale food preparation is preferred. Ability to maintain consistent taste and quality during high-volume production. Good kitchen discipline, hygiene and time-management skills. Willingness to work on-site in Hyderabad.

Compensation Up to ₹32,000 per month, based on relevant experience, cooking skills and interview performance. Final compensation will be discussed during the selection process. INTERESTED?
