Job Summary

We are looking for a South Indian Chef to join our cloud kitchen team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in South Indian cooking and be comfortable handling bulk food preparation of approximately 200 meals per day.

The candidate should be able to maintain consistent taste, quality, hygiene, and portion sizes while working efficiently in a high-volume kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

- Prepare a variety of South Indian dishes as per required recipes and quality standards.
- Handle daily bulk cooking and food preparation for approximately 200 meals.
- Maintain consistency in taste, quality, portion size, and presentation.
- Prepare and organize ingredients required for daily production.
- Minimize food wastage through proper planning and preparation.
- Follow food safety, cleanliness, and hygiene standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and cooking equipment.
- Coordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely completion of food production.
- Manage kitchen work efficiently during busy production hours.

Requirements




- 1–2 years of relevant experience as a Chef/Cook.
- Experience in South Indian cuisine preferred.
- Good practical knowledge of South Indian cooking methods and recipes.
- Experience with bulk cooking or large-scale food preparation preferred.
- Ability to maintain consistent taste and quality during high-volume production.
- Good hygiene and kitchen discipline.
- Valuable time-management and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work on-site in Hyderabad.

Salary Up to ₹35,000 per month, depending on relevant experience, cooking skills, and interview performance.

Final salary will be discussed during the selection process.
