Key Account Manager (India) - SST & PCS

About the Role

We are seeking a highly driven Key Account Manager to spearhead our expansion in the energetic Indian energy storage market. In this role, you will take ownership of strategic accounts, drive full-cycle sales, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge SST & PCS solutions for AI data centers and smart grids.

Key Responsibilities

1. Key Account Development

Lead the full-cycle development of strategic and key accounts in India to achieve annual contract signing targets.
1. Market Expansion

Formulate and execute India market expansion strategies, conduct market research and customer profiling. Organize participation in industry exhibitions (such as REI India) and executive meetings. Drive the implementation of demonstration projects to build a foundation for scalable replication.
1. Customer Relationship Management

Implement the company's key account management framework. Establish and dynamically maintain key account profiles.



Measure relationship strength by repurchase rate to continuously enhance customer stickiness.
1. Full-Cycle Business Management

Lead commercial processes including quotation, contract terms, and payment collection tracking. Collaborate closely with pre-sales solutions and delivery service teams (the "Iron Triangle") to ensure a closed loop from contract signing to delivery.
1. Localization & Compliance Collaboration

Support India product certification and prototype testing. Participate in joint venture negotiations and localization path advancement. Manage local agents and compliance representatives, adhering to strict export compliance management requirements.
1. Market Intelligence & AI Application

Continuously track India energy storage market policies, tenders, and competitor dynamics to generate actionable market intelligence. Utilize AI marketing tools to drive team AI adoption rates to meet targets.
