- Designing ad creatives for Meta, Google, and marketplacesn
- Creating multiple variations for testing, not just one final designn
- Building offer-led creatives (discounts, bundles, urgency-based communication)n
- Designing website banners, landing sections, and sale assetsn
- Supporting execution during sale periods with quick turnaround timesn
- Working closely with marketing and developers to ensure things go live smoothlyn

- Strong hands-on experience with Photoshop and Illustratorn
- Prior experience working with D2C or ecommerce brandsn
- Someone who can deliver quickly without getting stuck on perfectionn
- Understanding of what works in performance marketing creativesn
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, sometimes high-pressure setupn

- 1- 2 yrs work experiencen
- Basic understanding of Shopify layouts (banners, sections, etc.)n
- Experience with video creatives or reelsn
- Familiarity with A/B testingn
- Basic understanding of consumer behavior in adsn
