Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager – Hospitality Segment to develop business and manage key accounts across the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop new business opportunities in hotels, resorts, restaurants, and hospitality projects.
- Identify upcoming hospitality projects and generate project leads.
- Build relationships with hotel groups, architects, consultants, developers, contractors, and procurement teams.
- Manage key accounts and develop long-term client relationships.
- Drive project and specification sales from enquiry to order closure.
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, site visits, and negotiations.
- Prepare quotations and proposals and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order execution, dispatch, installation, and after-sales support.




- Achieve sales targets and maintain a strong project pipeline.
- Track market trends, competitors, and upcoming hospitality projects.

Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in B2B Sales, Project Sales, Key Account Management, or Business Development.
- Experience in Hospitality, Building Materials, Construction, Architectural, or Interior Products preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, networking, and relationship-management skills.
- Good understanding of project sales and client management.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/ERP.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.
- Valid driving license and own vehicle preferred.
