Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Key Account Manager.

The Key Account

Manager will manage and grow relationships with strategic business clients, serving as the primary point of contact for their insurance needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include understanding client risk profiles, presenting tailored insurance solutions, coordinating policy renewals, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role involves analyzing account performance, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities,



collaborating with underwriting and operations teams, and preparing regular business reviews.

The Key Account

Manager will also handle escalations, maintain accurate account records, and contribute insights to improve products and processes.

Qualifications

- Robust Account Management and Key Accounts experience, with a track record of managing strategic client relationships.
- Solid Analytical Skills and Business Planning abilities to interpret data, forecast opportunities, and support account growth.
- Proven Customer Service skills, with the ability to handle complex queries and deliver responsive, solution-oriented support.
- Experience in B2B or insurance/financial services environments is highly beneficial.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Comfort working remotely, with strong organizational skills and self-management.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field preferred.
