Core Purpose of the Role

Managing and developing solid, strategic relationships with key customers to drive business growth, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and delivering tailored solutions as the primary point of contact.

Key Responsibilities

- Key Account Management: Maintain regular contact with assigned key accounts to ensure high satisfaction, retention, and deep understanding of their business needs.
- Business Development & Strategy: Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts, develop account plans, and work to achieve growth and profitability targets.
- Sales & Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed sales targets/KRAs, negotiate contracts, close agreements, and analyze performance data.
- Relationship & Cross-Functional Coordination:



Serve as a bridge between clients and internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
- Technical Support & Pre-Sales: Leverage engineering principles, technical specifications, and operational knowledge to provide pre-sales consultation and troubleshooting support.
- Issue Resolution: Ensure prompt resolution of customer complaints to maintain trust and satisfaction.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
