Role Description

We are looking for a creative and fast-paced Junior Video Editor & Graphic Designer to join our digital marketing team in Wakad, Pune.

Whether you are a fresher with a outstanding eye for design or someone with 1-2 years of agency experience, we care most about your output. Your primary role will be editing high-engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube videos, and creating clean, click-worthy graphics for our clients.

If you know how to hook an audience in the first 3 seconds and can quickly turn raw footage into a polished reel, we want to talk to you.

Note : We care about output you can produce and ability to quickly learn and deliver. We don't give undue importance to certifications or educational background.

What You Will Do (The Output):

- Video Editing: Produce fast-paced, engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts,



and full-length YouTube videos.
- Audio & Pacing: Add trending music, sound effects (SFX), energetic text/captions, and smooth transitions to maximize audience retention.
- Graphic Design: Design attractive YouTube thumbnails, social media posts, and basic visual assets as needed.
- Quick Turnaround: Work efficiently to meet agency content calendars.
- The role also includes organizing raw footage, maintaining a consistent style across projects, and staying up to date with trends in social media video content and visual design.

Minimum Requirements (The Tools):

- Video: Hands-on experience with Filmora (pro version will be provided), Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar editing software. (As long as the final output is high-quality, the specific tool is flexible).
- Graphics: Proficiency in Canva (additionally Photoshop/Illustrator is optional) for quick and aesthetic image editing.
- Experience: 0 to 2 years. Freshers with a strong portfolio of sample reels are highly encouraged to apply.
- Language: Understanding of trending social media aesthetics, pacing, and visual storytelling.
