Junior SEO Executive

We are looking for a Junior SEO Executive with strong communication skills and a good understanding of both on-page and off-page SEO. The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of SEO tools, WordPress, backlink strategies, lead management, and AI-powered tools.

The role will involve supporting SEO campaigns, improving website visibility, managing prospects, building quality backlinks, and contributing to data-driven SEO strategies.

Responsibilities

- Perform on-page and off-page SEO activities to improve website rankings and organic visibility.
- Work on site-level SEO, identifying and addressing technical and content-related SEO opportunities.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and basic SEO audits.
- Use SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, SEO Optimer, and similar platforms for research, analysis, and reporting.
- Manage and optimise website content and pages using WordPress.
- Develop and execute backlink-building strategies, including guest posting and paid posting opportunities.
- Research and identify relevant websites and platforms for quality link-building opportunities.
- Support lead management by identifying potential prospects and maintaining relevant prospect data.
- Work with HubSpot or other CRM platforms for managing leads and prospects.
- Monitor SEO performance, rankings, backlinks, and other relevant SEO metrics.
- Explore and implement automation in SEO, prospecting, reporting,



and repetitive workflows.
- Use AI tools for content research, SEO analysis, ideation, productivity, and other SEO-related tasks.
- Stay updated with current SEO trends, search engine guidelines, and industry best practices.

Requirements and Qualifications

- 0-2 years of experience in SEO or a related digital marketing role.
- Strong understanding of on-page and off-page SEO.
- Basic understanding of site-level SEO and SEO audits.
- Hands-on knowledge of Ahrefs, Semrush, SEO Optimer, or similar SEO tools.
- Working knowledge of WordPress.
- Familiarity with HubSpot or other CRM platforms.
- Understanding of backlink building, guest posting, and paid posting.
- Basic understanding of lead management and prospect identification.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and work with SEO automation tools and workflows.
- Practical knowledge of AI tools and their application in SEO and digital marketing.
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with the SEO and marketing team.
