Role Description The Junior Research Analyst role is a full-time, hybrid position based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for partial work-from-home. The individual in this role will support consulting projects by conducting qualitative and quantitative research, including market and industry analysis, competitor assessments, and data collection from various sources.

They will analyze datasets, apply basic statistical techniques, and help translate findings into structured insights, summaries, and presentations for internal and client use. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing research briefs, maintaining project documentation,



supporting the development of analytical frameworks, and collaborating with senior team members on problem-solving and decision-support tasks. The role also involves explicit communication of research outcomes, contributing to the continuous improvement of methods and tools, and working within the LiOS Terminal environment as it evolves.

- Strong Analytical Skills and problem-solving abilities to interpret data, identify patterns, and develop evidence-based insights.
- Solid Research and Market Research capabilities for gathering information from primary and secondary sources and structuring findings.
- Foundational knowledge of Statistics to perform basic quantitative analysis and support data-driven decision-making.
- Effective Communication skills, including clear written and verbal expression, to present complex ideas in a concise and structured manner.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Economics, Business, Statistics, Engineering, or Social Sciences.
- Proficiency with productivity and data tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, online research platforms); familiarity with analytical or visualization tools is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a structured, detail-oriented manner, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate in a consulting environment.
- Interest in management consulting, business strategy, and the use of technology to enhance research and decision-making.
