- Perform installation, servicing, maintenance, and basic repair of HVAC systems.
- Inspect air-conditioning units, chillers, ventilation systems, and related equipment.
- Assist senior technicians in troubleshooting HVAC faults and operational issues.
- Conduct preventive maintenance as per scheduled maintenance plans.
- Check electrical connections, refrigerant systems, filters, coils, motors, and controls.
- Maintain service records, maintenance checklists, and equipment logs.
- Identify abnormal equipment performance and report issues to the supervisor.
