We are looking for a Junior HR BGV Executive to join our team. This is a positive opportunity for freshers who are interested in starting their career in Background Verification and HR Operations.

The selected candidate will be responsible for verifying candidate details through email, phone calls, and online portals and preparing verification reports.

Responsibilities

- Verify candidate details through email, calls, and online portals.
- Contact companies, colleges, and other sources for verification.
- Follow up on pending verification cases.
- Collect and check the required documents.
- Update verification details in the system.




- Prepare and maintain verification reports.
- Coordinate with the internal team regarding verification cases.
- Maintain confidentiality of candidate information.

Requirements
- Any Graduate can apply.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good English communication skills are required.
- Basic computer and internet knowledge.
- Good follow-up and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Should be comfortable working from the office.
