Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior HR Executive (IR & Compliance) to manage daily plant-level HR operations, statutory compliance, and workforce relations. The candidate will ensure full adherence to Indian labour laws, oversee contract labour operations, maintain statutory registers, and assist the HR lead in maintaining shop-floor discipline.

Required Candidate Profile

- Education: Graduate (BBA / B.Com / BA) or PG Diploma / MBA in HR / MSW / Labour Laws.
- Experience: 35 years in factory, plant, or site HR operations.
- Technical Skills: Sound knowledge of PF/ESI portals, statutory returns, and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Soft Skills: Positive interpersonal communication, problem-solving skills, and local language proficiency for shop-floor engagement.
