Join our performance team

Our team is looking for a Google Ads specialist focused on campaign optimization and measurable performance.

This role is for someone who has already worked with real advertising budgets and understands how to improve an account beyond simply launching campaigns.

The work

- Analyze existing Google Ads accounts
- Improve campaign structure and targeting
- Optimize budgets and bidding
- Review keywords and search terms
- Work with Search and Performance Max
- Track CPA, ROAS and conversion performance
- Run tests and document results

Your experience

- 1+ year managing Google Ads campaigns
- Personally responsible for at least $3,000/month in Google Ads spend
- Solid Search campaign experience
- Familiarity with Performance Max




- Understanding of CPC, CPA, ROAS and conversions
- Able to explain why you made an optimization, not just what you changed

Experience with GA4 or Merchant Center is an advantage. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per week
