We are looking for a hands-on Operations & Inventory Executive to manage the complete movement of our fashion merchandise : from vendor to warehouse/store to customer.

This is a core execution role for someone who understands the day-to-day realities of a fashion D2C business and can independently manage inventory, vendors, dispatches, logistics and stock movement.

WHAT YOU WILL DOVendor & Merchandise Coordination

- Coordinate with apparel vendors and manufacturers for production, finishing and deliveries
- Follow up on production timelines and ensure merchandise is received as planned
- Track POs, quantities, sizes, colours and SKUs
- Coordinate with vendors for shortages, quality issues, alterations or replacements

Inventory & Warehouse / Store

- Manage day-to-day fashion inventory and stock movement
- Handle inwarding of merchandise and ensure correct SKU, size, colour and quantity
- Ensure products are properly checked, tagged, packed and stored
- Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular physical stock reconciliation
- Track fast-moving, slow-moving and low-stock products
- Manage stock transfers between locations, if required

D2C Orders & Dispatch

- Coordinate daily online orders and dispatches
- Ensure orders are picked, checked and packed correctly
- Coordinate with courier/logistics partners for daily pickups
- Track shipments, delays, RTOs, exchanges and returns
- Ensure returned merchandise is checked and correctly added back into inventory
- Coordinate with the team to ensure customers receive orders on time

Day-to-Day Operations

- Maintain inward, outward, return,



exchange and stock movement records
- Coordinate with vendors, courier partners and the internal team
- Identify operational issues and follow through until they are resolved
- Keep inventory and dispatch data updated on Excel / Google Sheets / Shopify or similar D2C systems
- Take ownership of the daily functioning of our fashion inventory and fulfilment operations

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 1–2 years of experience in fashion/apparel D2C operations, inventory or fulfilment
- Candidates from fashion brands, D2C fashion businesses, apparel companies or e-commerce brands preferred
- Must understand SKU-wise inventory, size/colour variants and stock reconciliation
- Experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms is an advantage
- Positive working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
- Strong vendor follow-up and coordination skills
- Detail-oriented — especially when dealing with sizes, colours, quantities and SKUs
- Comfortable handling returns, exchanges, RTOs and courier coordination
- Highly organised, proactive and hands-on
- Comfortable working in a small, fast-moving fashion startup
- Must be based in Mumbai
