Responsibilities:

- Trouble shooting of moulding issues or line leading.
- Production planning / scheduling for injection moulded plastic components
- Proficient and knowledgeable with setting injection moulding machine parameters for best practices
- Acquire and maintain hourly, daily and monthly production data
- Liaise closely with all departments on fulfilling delivery requirement
- Lead, train and guide the moulding operator

· To keep all mould in good working condition maintaining all defect in mould history card to prevent mould breakdown. · To do daily rejection analysis of moulded component and make countermeasure

· Understand the concept of Lean Manufacturing, 5S and TQM and TPM

- 5s House keeping

Engineers must of experience in · Injection Moulding machine operating experience min of 6 months

- Engineers must have done mould trails .
- Manpower Utilization,
- Automation Moulding experience,
- Types of Moulds Exposure.
- Experience on parameter setting of engineering plastic raw materials

Education : DIPLOMA / CIPET : - Plastic Engineering / Mechanical Engineering. Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
