Junior Developer

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Developer to support the development, maintenance, and automation of internal web applications, reporting systems, and business tools. The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Google Sheets, Google Apps Script, and spreadsheet formulas.

Key Responsibilities

Web Development

Develop and maintain internal web applications and business tools.

Create user-friendly interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Develop forms, dashboards, data-entry screens, and reporting interfaces.

Implement frontend validations, calculations, and dynamic data display.

Debug and resolve frontend and JavaScript-related issues.

JavaScript Development

Write and maintain JavaScript code for web applications and automation.

Work with functions, arrays, objects, events, DOM manipulation, and JSON.

Implement form handling, data validation, calculations, and API integrations.

Debug and optimize existing JavaScript code.

Google Apps Script

Develop and maintain applications and automation using Google Apps Script.

Connect web interfaces with Google Sheets and other Google Workspace services.

Automate repetitive business processes and reporting activities.

Create custom functions, triggers, automated emails, and scheduled processes.

Develop workflows for data collection, processing, validation, and reporting.

Troubleshoot and improve existing Apps Script applications.

Google Sheets & Data Automation

Work extensively with Google Sheets for data storage and processing.

Create and maintain advanced formulas, reports, and dashboards.

Build automated reporting systems using Google Sheets and Apps Script.

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and proper validation.

Backend & Integration





Develop basic backend functionality using Google Apps Script.

Connect frontend applications with Google Sheets and backend services.

Work with JSON and APIs for data exchange.

Understand basic client-server communication and request/response handling.

Assist in integrating third-party services and APIs.

Maintenance & Support

Identify, troubleshoot, and fix application bugs.

Maintain existing applications, scripts, dashboards, and reporting tools.

Test new features before deployment.

Document code, processes, and application functionality.

Work with senior developers and business teams to understand requirements.

Required Skills

Good knowledge of HTML and CSS.

Good knowledge of JavaScript.

Practical knowledge of Google Apps Script.

Robust knowledge of Google Sheets and spreadsheet formulas.

Understanding of web application development.

Basic understanding of APIs and JSON.

Good problem-solving and debugging skills.

Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.

Good attention to detail and willingness to learn new technologies.
