About the role playR is looking for two creative junior designers to work on clothing designs, apparel graphics and artwork layouts. We’re looking for candidates with strong visual skills, attention to detail and an interest in apparel.

Responsibilities

- Develop clothing design concepts, original graphics and print artwork.
- Create colour variations, typography, artwork placements and apparel mock-ups.
- Use Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to create and refine designs.
- Prepare well-organised artwork files for production.
- Incorporate feedback and check artwork for accuracy.
- Follow design briefs and brand guidelines.
- Research relevant apparel, graphic design and colour trends.
- Coordinate with the team and meet agreed deadlines.

Requirements

- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.




- A good understanding of colour, composition, typography and layout.
- A portfolio demonstrating design skills and creativity.
- Attention to detail, willingness to learn and ability to work with feedback.
- Working knowledge of English and Hindi is sufficient.

Good to have

- Apparel graphics, textile prints or clothing design projects in your portfolio.
- Familiarity with print-ready artwork, vector files and artwork placement on garments.
