We’re looking for an enthusiastic Junior Barista / Barista Fresher to join our team at Kori Cafe.
No prior barista experience? That’s okay! If you’re passionate about coffee, enjoy interacting with people, and are willing to learn, we’d love to hear from you.
What you’ll be doing
- Learning and preparing coffee and other beverages
- Assisting with daily café operations
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene at the bar
- Following recipes, preparation standards and SOPs
- Helping with stock checks and bar organisation
- Providing warm, friendly and efficient service to guests
- Working closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team
What we’re looking for:
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Prior café/barista experience is an advantage, but not mandatory
- Genuine interest in coffee and hospitality
- Good communication and a positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and take feedback
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Punctual, responsible and well-groomed
- Comfortable working rotational shifts
