RSLO & Advocates, a South Delhi-based law firm, is inviting applications for the position of Junior Associate / Research Associate- trainee at its Current Delhi office.

The position offers hands-on exposure to civil, commercial, corporate and criminal litigation, with an opportunity to work on matters relating to white-collar crimes, energy & infrastructure, and regulatory laws before various judicial and quasi-judicial forums.

About the Role

We are looking for a young, motivated and diligent law graduate, Local candidate, who has a keen interest in litigation and is willing to learn, take responsibility and develop strong practical legal skills.

Eligibility

- LL.B. graduate enrolled with any State Bar Council.
- 0–1 year of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE); fresh law graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong legal research and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Adobe Acrobat Pro, SCC Online, Manupatra and AI based research.
- Willingness to learn, accept feedback and improve consistently.
- Ability to work independently while effectively assisting the team.




- Readiness to assume increasing responsibility with experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Drafting pleadings, applications, written submissions and other legal documents.
- Conducting legal research and preparing research notes and case briefs.
- Assisting in matters before various courts, tribunals and regulatory forums.
- Attending court hearings and assisting in day-to-day litigation work.
- Assisting in preparation of legal opinions and advisory notes.
- Assisting in briefing Senior Counsel/Sr Associates/Assocates.
- Handling e-filing, procedural compliance and other litigation-related work.
- Coordinating and maintaining case records and ensuring timely follow-up of matters.

Compensation

Salary will be mutually discussed and determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills and suitability for the role.
