Procure Hospitality is a contract manufacturing partner for the US hotel industry, with 300+ completed hotel projects, across Hilton, Marriott, IHG, Best Western and Choice Hotels. We manage projects from design and shop drawings, through manufacturing and delivery.

THE ROLE

Review architectural drawings for US hotel projects and prepare quantity take-offs for Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment, (FF&E;), including casegoods and millwork. This is a review and take-off role. No drawing creation is required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES l Review floor plans, room layouts, elevations and FF&E; specifications for guest rooms, suites, corridors and public, areas.

1. Identify every FF&E; item, case good and millwork piece shown on the drawings.
2. Prepare accurate quantity take-offs by room type and area in Google Sheets or Excel.
3. Cross-check quantities against specifications and flag discrepancies or missing information.
4.



Deliver each review within the agreed timeline.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Degree or Diploma in Architecture (preferred) or Interior Design.
2. Able to read architectural drawings, plans, elevations and schedules confidently.
3. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in counting and cross-checking.
4. Working knowledge of Google Sheets or Excel, and of viewing drawings in AutoCAD or PDF.
5. Available full-time for the engagement period.

Valuable to have: Hotel, hospitality or FF&E; experience; familiarity with US hotel brand standards.
