About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated fresher Junior Advocate having solid interest in Insolvency & Bankruptcy matters and Corporate Laws to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code (IBC) proceedings, NCLT practice, Corporate Restructuring, and Regulatory Compliance.

Candidate Profile:

✅ Fresher habing interest preferably in litigation/corporate law

✅ Sound understanding of Companies Act, 2013, Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code, 2016 and other corporate & allied laws





✅ Interest in appearing and assisting in matters before the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT)

✅ Strong drafting, legal research, communication, and advocacy skills

✅ Ability to manage case files, deadlines, and coordinate with clients/counsels effectively

✅ High attention to detail and eagerness to grow in Insolvency and Corporate Advisory practice To Apply:
