Position: Junior Advocate

Location: Kothrud, Pune

Qualification: LLB / Enrolled Advocate with a valid Bar Council registration

About the Company

We are a fast-growing automotive marketplace company specializing in the Auction-based buying and selling of pre-owned vehicles. We successfully conduct large-scale monthly vehicle auctions in Pune and Mumbai, bringing together a network of buyers, sellers, dealers, financial institutions, and industry stakeholders.

Having successfully completed 22+ auctions , with participation from 80+ buyers and sellers per event.

About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Advocate to assist in legal matters, court proceedings, drafting, documentation, and day-to-day legal work. This role is suitable for a recently qualified advocate who is looking to build robust practical experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in handling civil, commercial, corporate, and other legal matters as required.
- Conduct legal research and prepare case summaries, opinions, and notes.
- Draft legal notices, applications, replies, agreements, petitions, and other legal documents.
- Assist senior advocates in preparing matters for court hearings.
- Attend court proceedings and assist with filing and procedural requirements.




- Maintain case files, records, and important legal documentation.
- Track case hearings, deadlines, filings, and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, courts, government departments, and other legal professionals.
- Review contracts and other legal documents under the guidance of senior team members.
- Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, judgments, and procedural changes

Required Skills & Qualifications

- LLB degree from a recognized institution.
- Advocate enrolled with the relevant State Bar Council.
- 1–2 years of experience with good drafting and research skills may apply.
- Good knowledge of legal drafting and legal research.
- Strong understanding of Indian laws and court procedures.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic legal research tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Willingness to attend courts and handle practical legal work.
