We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Junior Accounts Officer to join our finance department. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the preparation of financial statements, managing ledgers, and supporting the finance team in day-to-day accounting tasks.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.
- Document financial transactions by entering account information into the company's accounting software.
- Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
- Support the monthly payroll process by providing accurate data inputs.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, MCA filings and other statutory compliance requirements.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field (BCom Preferred)
- 3 to 7 years of experience in accounting or a related area.
- Proficiency with TALLY accounting software and excellent skills in MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail - good analytical skills
