KEY RESPONSIBILITIES assisting higher departmental staff in the following -

1. Financial Record Keeping

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Record and reconcile daily sales, returns, and inventory transactions.
1. Financial Analysis

Analyze financial data to provide actionable insights into sales trends, gross margins, and operating expenses. Prepare periodic financial reports and performance summaries for management review.
1. Budgeting & Forecasting

Assist in the development of annual budgets and financial forecasts tailored for the fashion retail business. Monitor budget vs. actual performance and provide practical recommendations for cost control.
1. Inventory Management

Track inventory levels, calculate turnover rates, and assess the valuation of inventory on hand. Assist in identifying slow-moving or obsolete inventory and recommend corrective action plans.
1. Expense Management

Review and verify employee and operational expense reports, ensuring strict compliance with company policies.



Identify opportunities for cost reduction, process improvements, and operational efficiencies.
1. Statutory Compliance & Audits

Ensure full compliance with industry-specific accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial reporting requirements. Prepare and submit tax filings as required by regulatory authorities.

Coordinate and support external audits, ensuring all financial records and data are accurate, verified, and accessible.

1. Cash & Treasury Management

Monitor daily cash flow, maintain banking relationships, and optimize cash positions. Recommend investment strategies and allocation options for surplus funds.
1. Vendor Relations

Maintain robust relationships with suppliers and negotiate favorable payment terms. Ensure timely, accurate, and systematic payment processing for vendor accounts.

Knowledge of Tally Prime (REQUIRED)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
