- Performing day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data.
- Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure that all bills and payments are accounted and posted.
- Pays employees by receiving and verifying expense reports and requests for advances, processed electronic transfers.
- Assist in streamlining and improving the accounts payable process.
- Knowledge of processing international payments.
- Execute Vendor, Customer, Credit Card and Bank Reconciliation.
- Assist in month end closure activity.
- Monitor Tax liabilities and ensure tax liabilities are paid on time.
- Prepare the data for GSTR 1 and 3B return and ETDS Data quarterly.
- Prepare Sales invoices and follow-up with customers for payments.

Your background:

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance,



or related discipline.
- 1.5+ years of experience in accounting.
- Understanding basic principles of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping.
- Sound knowledge about GST & Income Tax.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office such as Excel and Word.
- Positive communication.
- Accounting software and ERP systems like Tally, Zoho.

Location: Magarpatta Pentagon Tower 2, Hadapsar Pune. Interview process - Face to face

Shift : 10.30am to 7.30 pm.

Office – Daily office

5days a week.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
