Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Junior Account Executive role based in Bhiwandi.

The Junior Account

Executive will support the sales and account management team by handling day-to-day client communication, preparing quotes, processing orders, and tracking deliveries to ensure commitments are met. The role includes coordinating with operations and machining teams to confirm stock availability, production timelines, and shipment status, while maintaining accurate records in internal systems.

Executive will assist in developing and nurturing customer relationships, resolving basic inquiries, and escalating issues when needed. The role may also involve preparing reports, supporting basic market research, and contributing to continuous improvement of account service processes.

Qualifications

- Ability to manage customer accounts, including basic sales coordination, order processing, and follow-up on deliveries.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for handling client queries, building relationships, and collaborating with internal teams.
- Attention to detail and basic data management skills for maintaining records, preparing quotes, and tracking orders accurately.
- Comfort with using office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing, email) and learning internal CRM or ERP systems.
- Good organizational and time management skills to prioritize multiple accounts and meet deadlines.
- Interest in or exposure to manufacturing, metals, or industrial supply environments is beneficial.
- Ability to work in office in Bhiwandi and collaborate in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
